Leading My Life
I’ve tried to compose my life with a heavy hand. Believing that the compass was pointing true North. So focused on the goals and dreams that the whirling hands of an inward circle obscured the dark dismal sight before me - the emptiness masked the view of living right beside me.
Now the true North Wind heals my ripped and tattered hands by blowing the millions of tiny hurts of failure all away. That warm wind becoming a welcomed companion - hear the music in the air?

Many things inspire artist Mike Massengale, but music is the primary motivation for all of his work. The following is a bit flowery but accurate description of his drawings and paintings. Part 1.
